Vice President, Finance & Accounting

Ricky joined Caballo Loco’s management team as Vice President of Finance & Accounting after a successful career in consulting where he provided a range of financial reporting and technical accounting services to public and private clients across a variety of industries. During his 15+ years at KPMG, Ricky regularly advised companies on complex transactions and reporting topics including mergers and acquisitions as well as the adoption of new accounting and regulatory standards. Most recently, Ricky served as a Technical Director in CrossCountry Consulting’s accounting advisory practice, where he led efforts to develop the firm’s national office and technical learning & development initiatives.

In addition to his client service experience, Ricky completed rotations at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the International Integrated Reporting Council where he developed a strong reputation for effective communication and consensus-building through regular interactions with a variety of stakeholder groups including businesses, investors, regulators and professional associations.
