Operations Coordinator

Brittany Johnson joined Caballo Loco Midstream in 2023 as Operations Coordinator, after transitioning to the corporate sphere from education. 

After earning her degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Southern California (USC), Brittany embarked on a meaningful career as an educator in Title 1 schools in South Dallas. Her dedication to education led her to pursue a Master's degree in Education from Southern Methodist University (SMU). For over a decade, Brittany honed her skills as an educator, specializing in science, robotics, and programming. 

As a member of Caballo Loco’s team, Brittany plays a pivotal role in overseeing critical operational functions, including GIS mapping, gas statement allocations, HR operations, severance taxes, and royalty payments. Her meticulous approach and strategic mindset ensure the efficient functioning of key processes within the organization.

Beyond her professional achievements, Brittany demonstrates her commitment to community enrichment as the current Board President of the Midland Festival Ballet, where she provides strategic direction to advance cultural initiatives and promote artistic excellence.
